Night Auditor
As a Hotel Night Auditor you will be a key point of contact who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest information, billing, and reporting throughout the night shift along with providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position requires the use of technology across multiple platforms and systems.

You will be responsible for arrivals and departures, managing guest reservations, communicating hotel promotions and rewards to guests, providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. You will also handle guest inquiries, incidents, and complaints, as well as assist with any administrative tasks necessary. Additionally, you will be required to ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during the night shift.
