The ServSafe Manager course is available online through the National Restaurant Association at www.servsafe.com.

Once purchased, you can start the course and you will have 90 days to complete the materials. Once completed you will receive a Record of Training. This can be printed and is required to take the certification exam.

ServSafe Advanced Food Safety requires a proctor to administer the final exam. This can be achieved in one of two ways:

1. Attend one of our ServSafe classes to take the exam. Complete the exam on the class date you choose; you have the option of attending the review class prior to the exam at no additional charge. You will be required to bring your Record of Training to the class, without it you will not be allowed to take the exam.

2. Find a certified proctor to proctor the exam online. This has an additional cost for taking the exam online, as well as what proctors may charge as their fee. This option is not currently available through the Education Foundation.
